Notice of Early Redemption of Bonds

GORENJSKA BANKA d.d., Kranj Notice of Early Redemption of Bonds Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Gorenjska banka d. d., Kranj, Bleiweisova cesta 1, 4000 Kranj (hereinafter: "Gorenjska banka"), publishes the following announcement: Gorenjska banka, based on the authorization obtained from the Single Resolution Board, will redeem bonds in the total nominal amount of EUR 100,000,000, issued on 22. 11. 2023 and 22. 11. 2024 and maturing on 22. 11. 2027 (ISIN: SI0022104499), prior to their maturity. In accordance with the terms of the bonds, the early redemption date will be 22. 11. 2026, and the principal of the bonds together with accrued and unpaid interest up to the early redemption date will be paid on 23. 11. 2026. The information contained in this announcement is also published on the website of Gorenjska banka at www.gbkr.si, in the subsection "About the bank" (gbkr.si/o-banki/), and will remain published until the expiry of the legally prescribed period.
